Prior to surgery, we'll contact you about your insurance. Because there are
so many insurance plans, we ask you to contact your insurance company directly
if you have questions regarding coverage.
Charges at Campbell Surgery Center consist of a set flat fee for each procedure
performed. Our charges do NOT include services from your surgeon, anesthesia
provider, or laboratory or pathology services. Physicians involved in your
Campbell Surgery Center treatment will bill you for their fees separately.
We will file your insurance claims for you. Prior to surgery, you'll be asked
to sign an "Assignment of Benefits Form" so that the insurance check
is paid directly to us.
You are required to pay any amounts not covered by your insurance, deductibles
and co-insurance on the day of your surgery. (We will estimate this amount
in advance for you.) If the costs are more than anticipated, you will be billed
for the difference. Of course, any overpayment will be promptly refunded to
you.
