Telemedicine Appointments

In an effort to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus that causes the disease COVID-19, patients are encouraged to talk with their provider to find out if a video visit may be appropriate for their care needs.

New, Existing, and Return Patients can participate in a live-video conference appointment, called a telemedicine visit with their Campbell Clinic provider.

Video visits allow patients to connect face-to-face in real time without leaving their home. Patients can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. Video calls are secure and HIPAA compliant.

At Campbell Clinic, we use a website called Doxy.me for our telemedicine appointments.

Once your telemedicine appointment is scheduled you will receive a text message with a link to your providers URL (https://doxy.me/yourdoctorsname) which will be embedded in the text message.

Click that link at the time of your telemedicine appointment. You will be prompted to enter your name and will be entered into your doctor’s virtual waiting room. Wait until your doctor arrives into the virtual waiting room.
