Dr. Jeffrey R. Sawyer is a highly respected pediatric orthopaedic surgeon specializing in scoliosis, spinal deformity, fracture care, and complex musculoskeletal conditions in children and adolescents. He received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine, completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania, and pursued fellowship training in pediatric orthopaedics at the University of Tennessee–Campbell Clinic. With over two decades of clinical practice and academic involvement—authoring over 120 peer-reviewed publications, contributing to book chapters, presenting internationally, and serving in leadership roles within the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America—Dr. Sawyer brings both national expertise and cutting-edge research to every patient’s care plan. In addition to his clinical work, he participates in advancing standards for pediatric spine surgery and orthopaedic trauma care, ensuring that families in the Mid-South receive world-class, evidence-based treatment.
