BMAC is the gold standard and has the most extensive literature as a source for stem cells more recently referred to as medicinal signaling cells. The process includes removing the bone marrow from the pelvis, processing and concentrating the solution, and then injecting it in the specified area.
PRP (plasma rich platelet) treatment is frequently used in conjunction with BMAC as an additional source of growth factor. This procedure is done under local anesthesia in an office setting, or in special cases, in the outpatient surgical center.
Schedule a consultation to learn more about NMAC treatment for single or repeat treatment sites. Note: *Repeat injections are performed within 6 months.
